Beamers guy's are gone. Only Peoples (a walk on) and Walker were left. FU has had 3 years to fill any of Beamer's perceived or real shortfalls.

The fact that he hasn't recruited high quality immediate impact players is on him...period.

He is just either not a good recruiter or lacks the ability to evaluate talent or both.
