He is enrolled at VT...once you enroll at a school (regardless of your scholarship situation) your eligibility clock starts. So lets say Nolley enrolled at VT but wasnt on scholarship in fall 2018, this means he has until the end of Spring 2023 to finish his career.

If he chooses to drop out, move to Brazil to learn Portuguese and then comes back in the Fall of 2023, he would have exhausted all of his eligibility
