I agree. But, the UNC issues occurred at the college level. The Nolley

issues apparently are related to high school course issues and related test scores.

With regard to UNC, if the NCAA had the authority and staff to review and approve the high school records of certain members of the UNC basketball and football teams, they would probably have found that those players grades were significantly inflated and probably had ringers take their SAT/ACT tests for them.
