I would assume that if VT has done sufficient due diligence to admit Nolley


than he's done enough to be eligible by NCAA standards. They just take longer to confirm and acknowledge it. At least that's my guess as to why Buzz seems confident that Nolley and VT have done everything they're supposed to.
