It sure wasn't game planning. Every preview I read about Cincy from multiple sites - including their own press - said Cincy's back end defense was suspect and small. That VT's 6 foot plus receivers should have a big day with Willis going DOWNFIELD. I didn't see many throws deep - other than at the end in desperation mode.

Yes I was happy with our running game, but I loathe the continuous screens, flares, etc that go for 3 yards. At least throw it down field to make the defense respect the threat and that would open the underneath stuff and running game even more.

*** The last 3 weeks were certainly NOT spent on tackling drills like we all hoped for either.
