Disagree the playoff system is "doomed". I do agree SOME players will sit out games....but any player that is not a 1st round pick, is more than likely playing to earn even more $$$. If this individual is allowed an extra opportunity in front of millions + NFL scouts, I see that as an opportunity to move into the top 15 and earn more money.

So say top 15 draft picks *would* sit out, but doubt all 15 are on the top 8 playoff teams. More than likely you are looking at a handful of guys sitting out. That is not going to "ruin" the 8 team playoff.
