No, I think he is a much better talent evaluator than Kiper. Not always right but more apt to be.
I think that opinion stems from the lack of depth and quality NFL starters in this draft class IMHO. Some team will use a top 5 pick on a guy who should probably go in the second round because they are QB needy. Listening to multiple sports programs on the radio this year, the consensus seems to be (and I agree), that you can get the same level of QB in round 2 or round 3 that you can in the first round. So spend your early picks on a better player.
Now the Skins being the Skins, they will probably draft a guy who has no business going that high anyway but that remains to be seen.
