I thought the main reason they have stunk so bad for the last decade plus was that they were academically hamstrung in who they could offer. So much for that argument especially when you see Stanford at the bottom of the list with just 74 offers. That is pretty crazy considering it means they bat around the .333 in the offer/acceptance ratio assuming 25 scholarships per year especially when a team like Alabama only hits on about 9% of the offers it puts out. Weird numbers for sure. Shows more than one way to skin the recruiting cat.
