- I'm not a fan of overreliance on them. 1-2 a year is probably 'normal'. 4+ a year, a concerning datapoint. I'd rather an equally talented player we could have on the roster for 3-4 years vs 1-2
- You can believe I *really* compared us to KSU or KU with their density of JUCOs I suppose; I'm not going to try to or be able to disavow you of that belief
- They happen, they're not a magic salve for recruiting problems, just a band-aid
-- Our recruiting level is about the same as ever (on average)
-- (New) I'm not convinced our recruiting in Richmond or NoVa is as good as it needs to be
- There are rare gems to be found w/JUCO; we've had a couple--really woulda liked to have seen Webb on the field too
- We still have a talent deficit on the interior DL
- The truth of their effectiveness here remains to be seen (obvious)
- I have issues with some of our coaching; but am not a "fire them all" guy
- I'm critical of our coaches; for some that means irrationally negative
