poor why is our basketball coach the ranked 19th in the country in salary and our football coach ranked 24th?

Another point is Tennessee seems to recruit well even though they located in the not very culturally diverse eastern part of the state. One could say it has got to be the SEC Network money but Tennessee was better before the SEC Network.

Penn State is also not located in a culturally diverse area and were really good before the Big 10 money.

When Tech starts getting ACC Network money this excuse has got to end for good. Our main rival in the state is freaking UVA. You could not ask for a better pansy for recruiting competition. Virginia Tech is 3 hours from Charlotte, 4 hours from Washington DC, under 5 hours to the Tidewater. and about 2 hours from Greensboro Winston Salem. Tech should be getting their fair share of top athletes but it starts with winning and then winning Championships.
