It would make a lot of sense.


If, Smith never plays again, he's going to cost the Skins $13M a year for the next three years. Tyrod would be a cheaper option at QB than other FA QBs. He would fit into a slot that the Skins could make for him. The other alternative is to draft a QB and this is a year where there aren't going to be a lot of high ceiling QBs out there.
