The version that leaked out previously was the rosy version from Nolley's HS coach (and for all we know, he could be part of the problem... or he might have nothing to do with it... who the heck knows). But if that version is all that was going on, I would think that would be grounds for some legal action.

It seems that there's some legitimate cause for concern about something eligibility-wise with Nolley. Hopefully it gets worked out. That said, if he generally stays in basketball shape and can be cleared soon after the break, I'd still love to see him play this year (given how special this year has the potential to be, normally I would advocate a redshirt at this point).
