Avoid injury to starter and give backup reps


It's been a while since the Tech backup has gotten significant reps BUT some teams' backups do get reps. I don't know what lead is needed for the backup to come in but it might be good if the game gets out of hand. Prolly need to see if the D plays well in 3rd quarter.
