Issues in the 2nd half

This year when the offense scores 7 or less in the second half we 1-4 with the win being FlaSt. If the O score more that 7 we are 3-2 with the losses being ODU and Pitt. Is this because our O is young and inexperienced and don't have the stamina for 2 halves or is this a coaching issue not make the necessary corrections to score more during the second half? Or....other thoughts
