I'm just pointing out that their players are on average the same age as ours. I guess all the other teams do a better job of preparing their players to step in. We apparently don't.

Every single thing you described in your post happens to other teams too. We aren't just bad this year...we are terrible. We are told over and over that it's youth. I think youth is part of it, but not all of it.

You bring up the big/strong factor. What does the big/strong factor have to do with anything (especially game experience!) when the other team is roughly the same age.

To listen to some people you would think that we have 22 true freshmen playing out there! What they really mean is...we are fielding a team that is about the same age as everyone else but simply isn't prepared.
