I think he is overrated as a QB developer...

...not saying he is a bad coach. With Andy Dalton and Paxton Lynch and what he did at Memphis he was a very hot commodity. I don't thank anyone made a mistake in hiring him. He needs to learn how to recruit from GA up to NJ/NY. Especially VA and above. There are a ton of recruits from VA to NY and only one big time program, PSU, in reasonable distance. There are enough recruits to go around. He needs to build his own pipelines and relationships in this part of the country. This isn't Texas or Memphis. We have gotten players from Cazenovia, NY, Pittsburgh, Chester, Pa, Hanover, PA, Cateret, NJ, my god Baltimore has been good to us and all of the tight relationships that Cav and Stiney had with the HS Coaches in VA are gone. We used to have pipelines from High Schools in VA that you don't even here about any more. They don't produce players. What happened to Richmond? No one hardly goes to public school any more, they go to private school and they almost all go out of state. Tech and UVA used to virtually own Richmond. Fuente needs to visit Hampton Roads, Richmond, NOVA/DC/Baltimore as often as possible. They players that the WCAC in DC puts out is incredible. Catholic league in Northern NJ is incredible. Private school league in Baltimore is incredible. NOVA Public HS is really strong now. He needs to recruit in the area. Love that we got QP out of Chicago but we need to get kids in our area/radius.
