all FBS schools. Arguably 1-2 losses this season go the other way with cleaner play. Seems to be all varieties of penalties too: PF, PI, false starts, illegal motion, etc. I think we need to keep perspective with Fuente and Staff for a number of other reasons but this is one area squarely on the coaches. Not sure what the answer is but other coaching staffs figure it out. This is one aspect of Fuente's Hokie teams that is exasperating.
