I read your rants yesterday and tried to get through this one today and I still don't understand what you are upset about.

You are right that Whit probably could have justified only refunding the $50 face value of the ticket. Instead, he opted to do what was more equitable for season ticket holders, which was to take the total cost of all games in the package and divide by the number of games. That apparently resulted in fans receiving an extra $8 per ticket over the $50 face value. I assume he did that because he felt it was right to resolve any ambiguity in favor of the fans rather than the department. The fact that people like you would take that kind gesture and turn it into a negative is nothing short of astonishing. Based on your posts yesterday, it sounds like they answered your questions within a couple of hours about how the refund amounts were determined. The folks you are complaining to in the department are probably not giving you the service you desire because your complaints are baseless. They are spending time with people that are reasonable and can see when the department is trying to do the right thing.

I suppose there is something to complain about with the parking pass but if you bought 6 tickets, you received $48 to which you otherwise do not feel entitled. Does that not cover the cost of the parking pass?
