To see! Who would have ever thought that VT could get to this point. A lot of our fan base thinks that due to location, VT can never win a title in basketball, but maybe it can be done with these two ingredients: a very good coach and the best basketball league: the ACC. You can not argue that our program has not made great strides, and at this point in time(meaning this season)has the chance to be superior to football. Considering the history of past and present ACC members in the mid Atlantic area, it is probable that VT basketball will have more upside than football. I am thinking specifically UVA and Maryland here.
