It is the coaches responsibility to direct the players to manage certain in-game situations properly for the ultimate goal; relative to the current game dynamics. I understand the players have to execute but some poor decisions to take on risk, sometimes very high, with minimal return must be put on the shoulders of the coaches, especially with a young team. Our coach must limit risk in order to put our young players in position to mitigate their mistakes.
