....you get the harder it is on you. Anybody over 45 knows we slow down. Those recruiters go on the road and hit up high schools meeting high school coaches at 7 in the morning and they go late. Jim Cavanaugh was the best recruiter VT ever had and he was getting older but I believe his results spoke for themself despite his age. It was a big mistake letting Cavanaugh go.
