...so unless another Michael Vick pops up and doesn't go to Alabama, FSU or Penn State this program will remain an above average program. I don't believe VT will ever be elite and definitely not in my lifetime. All of these programs are selling big time. They are telling the top players in Virginia Tech that they are big time players. They are telling them to go ahead and visit Virginia Tech and see how you like. Then come to our place and we will show you big time football because you are a big time player and you belong in a big time program. That is exactly what Franklin is doing at Penn State. If I were selling Penn State against VT I would crush VT.
