To what other schools are like. Foster is the big one here, he's the only one I would legit say could've left for bigger and better opportunities.

Greenberg had 1 good year after 3 mediocre ones, then never made the tournament again and was a PR problem. Beamer flirted with UNC, but at the time I would say that program was on the same level as ours.

Coaching longevity is not always a good thing when the status quo is unsatisfactory (like VT basketball). The top programs, where many would like to see VT, don't keep coaches that long unless they're guaranteed hall of famers like Saban.
