I have actually TALKED to reps at STUBHUB where I bought my tickets (that was a long wait on the phone LOL). Their policy is they will refund money when they receive an official cancellation of the event. With the event not officially cancelled, they are in a waiting period. I have talked to Hokie ticket office but they will share nothing more than the phone message or what they have posted. It is pretty obvious they are waiting to see how VT win lose record plays out as a determining factor in all of this. Personally, I would just like it to be officially cancelled so I can at least get my money back, but I also realize there are many factors to consider in this mess.
