Because he has probably 1/2 of 12 credits "completed"


If he is just rehabbing, why not finish it out and get the credits. But yes, I get it. He wasn't there for the classes anyhow.

Then again, maybe he was a poor student and wasnt passing to begin with. So, cut his losses.
