When I first heard of the fire I said to myself doesn't he have renter's insurance? Turns out he does have it. But it only covers ten percent of the loss. That's terrible. Insurance companies talk a good game, but when you have a loss they can be pretty tough to deal with. USAA is awesome, but the rest of them haggle like crazy.
