It also sounds like they are not willing to pay any cancellation fees to VT even though they are selecting to play NCSU instead of fulfill their contractual agreement to play @ VT. I get it that ECU is desperate for cash and their AD is in disarray, but they are way too shady to keep on our schedule. Bad practice to do business with folks like that.
