I see quite a few of our coaches blaming technique, execution, etc.
aka, blaming the players.
I would like to see a little bit more ownership on their part ie maybe I shouldn't have called this play or that play, or we should have worked more on this in practice.
Understanding that these kids aren't robots, the coaches should be doing what they can to put them in the best position to succeed. Save the technique and execution chastising for practice behind closed doors.
