The cop at the intersection of W Campus Drive and Perry St would not let the W Campus Drive traffic go but a few cars at a time. Been parking in the lots along W Campus drive for over 10 years and the traffic is slower this year than ever before. We got out of lot 12 onto W Campus Drive and we would only move up a few cars lengths at a time. Finally got to where we could see the intersection with Perry St and every time a car would come down Perry St the cop would stop traffic on W Campus Drive and let Perry St go. Basically, they were emptying the public lot before letting the traffic on W Campus Drive move, holding donors to clear the public lot first is not what I would do. Seem like at least somewhat even movement from each direction would make more sense.
