I live in Taberna. We did okay. Some down near Brice's Creek not so lucky


They took on water. I'm at the edge of the 500 yr flood plain and it got to within 10 feet of me. The houses here held up well. It is a great neighborhood. We rented here for a year before buying. Looked at many other developments and found none we liked nearly as much.
