Not an issue in Blacksburg. In spite of the fact that VT is in the "Coastal" division, they are not anywhere near the coast. I know that you already know this, but that is why this is ridiculous. Blacksbury/SW VA would be a safe haven from any hurricane effects, and they could easily travel via inland interstates (vs. I95) to Florida. I'm not certain that ECU wouldn't have cited the same reason for cancellation had their away game been in Nevada. It would carry exactly the same amount of credibility with me.
