There was no roughing the punter penalties. The ball was blocked on one (espns rule "expert" is clueless about the rule) and the 2nd quillen didnt touch the punter. if anything the punter leaned back into him. The play where the runner was ruled down was accurate and would not been overturned even if it was challenged/reviewed. its too hard to tell whether the shin/calf was down or not. I think you need to learn the rules a little better
