Which is offenses playing hurry up in hopes of snapping the ball before defense is set and limiting D substitutions. Thats also within the rules but skirts the spirit of the game imo. Same as cut blocking.

Imagine if a pitcher didnt have to wait for a batter to get set....hed strike him out but undermine the intent of the competition.
