UMD certainly bought him off, so he'd go without a fuss.


The last thing UMD wants is Court to start blabbering to the press.

But obviously, his agreement with UMD to not talk about what happened, does not extend to perjury on the witness stand in a trial.

If there is a lawsuit, and it goes to court, Mr. Court will have to sing like a song bird.
