leaves a lot of questions for clarification. Is it any and all those type drills? Only specific drills? For specific violations, etc.? I am sure VT as a university tries to comply with the spirit of whatever agreement they made, however, anyone who has been around the program from the Dooley years probably has a story of "sunrise services" and I would guess Beamer and Fuente had/have similarly styled drills probably classified along the lines of "extra conditioning".
