NOTHING to do with Buzz's ability to evaluate talent but it's been reported here numerous times recently and it's common knowledge that D1 programs that are highly successful have one or more assistants with proven track records of recruiting, and NOW when those assistants are getting it done.

So, I guess you think it's normal and not concerning about Buzz's apparent promotion of a guy who have no experience recruiting?
