That is an inherently socialist/communist concept. Just because an enterprise makes money does not mean it has to give any specific amount to anyone else other than what they agreed on. If the company you work for makes a $10 billion profit, they owe none of it to you unless you own shares or that is somehow in your employment agreement. If you resent it or don't like the agreement, go work somewhere else, or better yet, start your own business (of course, if you did that, your views on what you are entitled to share would undoubtedly change).

In my view, not only is there no moral obligation to share the money, I believe it would be morally wrong to require someone to. To take away from someone by force (and every legislative and regulatory fiat is enforced with force) something that they rightfully earned is theft and that is immoral.
