The Coach oversees the program and hires his staff . He also evaluates then and if some need to move on great or if others want other opportunities fine. This is not a club where the fans or opinionated observers have any input.

Btw vt has never had a coach with such organization and attention to details . This is big time and for older folks who experienced the past this would have never happened.
