His own ambition is the only thing holding him back


Dude can motivate and coach with the best, but he scares recruits away by flirting with seemingly every open job (he did it at Marquette too). If he'd just hire an agent and focus on the job he HAS, he'd have a full roster of ACC-caliber players and gunning for the Elite 8 right now.
