Buzz' entire philosophy is to extract 100% commitment from his players. You think that will work when they all know he's out the door come April '19? They aren't going to lay it all on the line for a guy they know is abandoning them soon.

I predict we grossly underachieve this season thanks to the psychological toll Buzz' imminent departure will take on the team. The seniors and NAW will probably react by freestyling to pad their resumes for the pros, and the underclassmen will be mostly focused on researching transfer opportunities.Then the next coach will be stepping in to a situation that's no better than what Buzz started with.
