I don’t know whether Buzz intends to leave or not. I do know that he is very high energy and has the same expectation for his staff. It’s quite possible they are burned out based on Buzz’s demands and have decided they cannot sustain it. Maybe that’s why it took Roc so long to decide.

I am sure that potential replacements will be challenged as well to meet his standards.
