We are making our run this year, then Buzz bolts. Newsflash, we aren’t a premier basketball school, and even when we field a decent squad, the interest just really isn’t there outside of the marquee ACC games. I wish the Hokie fan base liked basketball more but it is what it is. Just look at our message boards, nobody talks hoops. I find myself on the Sabre basketball board just because they at the very least have plenty of in-depth basketball discussions that are actually quite interesting, even though they do come off as elitists in every other post. Enjoy this season folks, should be a fun one.
