Doesn’t make much sense to me.

A guy like Roc can get an ECU job in his sleep. Why not wait until next year when Buzz leaves?

And why ECU? That’s as unstable a job as there is. He could get a Much better mid major job.

But that’s on Roc, what matters more is 2 of the 3 guys closest to Buzz jumped this offseason (and McNeily May be positioning himself as the in-house candidate).
