GT? Not sure about that analysis....


While JJ had a pedestrian game, he didn't do anything to lose it (no fumbles or interceptions vs 53% completions)
The blame, I feel, falls squarely on our O line (hard to operate as a QB when your running game barely cracks 100 yards and you are running for your life all day since you are forced into obvious passing downs) and our defense giving up three 60+ yard plays, including the backbreaker 80 yard touchdown pass just a few plays after we took the late lead. He even put up a decent pass at the end of the game that Phillips probably should have caught for the winning score, but since he was obviously hurting as well he was just out muscled on the play.
I'm looking forward to this year with JJ and hope he really does step it up! That was one of those days that the team as a whole was so flat, no quarterback (M. Vick excepted) could have willed up a win.
