He's got a resume a mile long which doesn't mean much since the trajectory is inconsistent.

TSL's profile lacks a take. Fuente's comments are vague. What's this guy bring to the table? Give me a reason to be happy with this hire.

If JF and BF are happy, there must be some good reasons. I'd like to know what they are. The resume doesnt tell the tale.
