Did you mean "woes"? The ONLY time that UVA got ahead of VT was....


during a rough period when BILL DOOLEY left the program on probation. That was back in the day when the NCAA actually had a little power. Obviously (considering UNC) the NCAA has little or no such powers today. VT has always been the dominant team when the teams are able to go head to head without either team being on probation.
