Conduct data analytics play in the social network world ; place fake news sources.

If you follow recruiting on Twitter, you'll notice quite a few Twitter accounts that appear to be independent of Virginia Tech (they are not athletic department productions) ... but which sure are slick, well done accounts with lots of properly used hashtags and some nice-looking graphics. (I won't name specific accounts, but they're not hard to pick out.)

I suspect those are accounts set up by VT football personnel, and run by VT football personnel ... but which have the appearance of being independent "fans" or Twitter accounts. I suspect EVERY program does this.
