Interestingly enough, Ryan Willis was ranked 105 in 2016. He was ultimately beaten by Montell Cozart for the starting gig. Montell ranked 115 in 2015 as the then starter. Kansas was bad, blah blah blah, but there it is. Anyway, I hear Ryan Willis threw one or two good deep balls in the spring game, so he is probably at least the 18th best QB in College Football this year.
