In 247, he was a low to mid 3 star recruit. ESPN was adding his track offers. Of course HokieSports is going to go with the best looking ranking of a recruit. But no Denmark was not a highly recruited football player.

By the way, per ESPN, I'm showing Wake Forest as well as his other football offer. They did give him 4 stars (the only source to do so). But per other sources, he was not highly ranked and his scholarship interest came from track. Not football.

Rivals also lists a South Carolina offer. But even adding the Gamecocks, that's two P5 football offers. That's the key. Football offers. He was VERY highly recruited on the track circuit though.
