I don’t have a dang thing to admit to. I live in McClung’s hometown, I went to grade school and high school with his mother, and my daughter is graduating with him and is friends with him. I’m proud of the excitement he has created and the part he played in our school’s first state championship. I suggest you exclude me from your broad little brush stroke, because it’s obvious you don’t know what the heck you are talking about when it comes to McClung. You are just stereotyping, plain and simple. You don’t know what’s in people’s hearts, and you don’t know the reason for their fascination with Beck and McClung. You are probably correct when you infer (I can’t figure out why you are afraid to just say it) that race is a factor in this fascination, but to generalize and infer that it’s the reason for everyone’s fascination is just asinine and wrong.
